The DIASCHEQUE electronic cheque netting interbanking service involves the electronic transmission and clearance of cheques purchased by banks (buyers), which are drawn against accounts kept at other banks (payers).
The service includes private and bank cheques in euro which meet standard specifications set by decisions of the Hellenic Bank Association.
