The service offers the option of payments to Public sector entities to be made within their electronic fund collection environment, by debiting a payment account via e-Banking.
The transaction's procedure starts and is completed within the electronic environment of the Public sector entity. The payer has control over their payment, within their Payment Service Provider’s (of their preference) web or mobile banking application via which their account is debited. The collected fund is credited to the IBAN, the Public sector entity holds with the cooperating Payment Service Provider. The former one is instantly notified of the fund collection. Moreover, the option of a scannable QR Code for the payment completion is also offered.
The procedure of Public sector entities’ participation to the service requires collaboration with a cooperating Payment Services Provider (Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and Viva Wallet).
